Of course, Bologna, Modena and Parma have iconic locations, but it is in the <strong>small towns and villages<\/strong> that you can often experience the most authentic spirit of the region.<\/p>\n<p>Here, the weekly market becomes a regular event: people meet in the square, chat with the producers and buy seasonal produce. It is a way of experiencing food that truly reflects the regional identity.<\/p>\n<p>Today, talking about ceramics means addressing issues such as recycling, energy efficiency, emission reduction and international certifications.
